Interesting, the current design uses an available Rankin cycle closed loop steam engine, but the writeup indicates that they plan to develop a Sterling cycle engine to replace it.

 

Terrorists would not make a very good fuel source.  Most of them tend to be very lean and lack the body fat needed to compensate for the moisture in the tissues.

In my opinion this technology is not gonna be more effective in extracting energy than the average stomach of a cannibal.

 

And let's be honest here: humans do not posess the most advanced stomach out there.
