Now, if you don't know what these are, its a satellite based weapons platform in which solid 5ft-20ft tungsten rods would be dropped from satellites in orbit. This along with HEL and hunter killer protection and disruption satellites is the bases around the military?s space based weapons program which is, as fare as I know, back in full swing. My question is, would these satellites remain in orbit, or would they be a disposable type deal that is launched prior to planned hostilities? If they stay in orbit, how are they reloaded? Solid Tungsten has to be expensive to ferry into orbit on a regular bases...
