"The Chinese made RPG rocket is optimized for anti-personnel effect. To accomplish that, the shell bounces up about six feet, after first hitting the ground."

I would dare say that the warhead skips, rather than bounces, judging by the normal trajectory of the PG-7 projectile.  If they've figured out a way to make the projectile bounce straight up after it hit the ground then that would be pretty cool, but if performance the way I think it would then the user would have to either fire it at personnel in the open, or just be damn good at judging where the round would have to hit the ground in order to achieve desireable effectiveness.  With the range being supposedly increased to 1,500 meters, this seems unlikely.  I guess if you don't have artillery, this is the next best thing.

These probably have to be fired on a high ballistic trajectory to work, hence the longer range.  Accuracy is probably awful, but a 50m radius of effect could make up for a lot of that.

Question:  Since the Chinese developed these, have they done anything to improve the sights on their RPG's?
