"If a vessel is capturer," should read  " If a vessel is captured,".    On a related subject, there are still pirates in the Caribbean.
See http://www.yachtpiracy.org... .    I was told a story about a yacht attacked in the Bahamas where the teenage son of the yacht owner used a shot gun to convert two of the three pirates into fish food.   @SP:   Maybe there is another story here on modern piracy where the readers vacation.     Just a thought.
