the force of F-15 A-D models if determind to be forever could leave enough money that was budgeted for upgrades and Ops money to buy about 60-100 F-22, but it would eliminate over 500 f-15 A-D models this year and leave us with F-22 and F-15E in service or about half the current force of f-15
