n a recent development about a US couple selling nuclear technology secrets to Venezuela some might ask why that country? Why not Iran or even the Russians or China? Probably because Iran, Russia, and China have already bought the secrets from someone else.  Venezuela is nearly a decade behind Iran, and 5 to 6 behind the Russians and Chinese.
