So just how many countries out there are acquiring or have acquired nukes on the sly? If Saudi Arabia can get CSS-2 missiles and nukes to arm them with, what's to keep any smallish country with money to pick up something similar? Like Turkey, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Indonesia or Burma?
