Subject: North Korean 1t A-bombs

I've just read in Le Monde that a NK refugee said NK had built 1t A bombs using just 4kg of plutonium.

AFAIK, that's half the critical mass of plutonium. That North Korea would have the technology to make it work seems a bit far-fetched to me, especially since I'm not aware they've done any testing.

I mean, we're not talking a simple gun design here!
