That is great news. Hopefully that will make Trophy more appealing to other coutries and lead to its proce being lowered so Israel can buy more for themselves.

Not very surprising it it? Offensive weapons penetration will continue to improve, but you can't just keep adding armor and weight. Lighter vehicles with active defenses would appear to be the way of the future. Trophy is obviously just the beginning. Wonder how long till we (or my descendants) see sci-fi force fields and "shields"? They're already talking about "electric" armor.
