Subject: Bradley Vs MCV 80 (British warrior)

which do you believe the M2 Bradley & Warrior would win a battle. Both are British (YES BRITISH!) as United Technologies is now part of BAE systems. I believe the warrior would win as it is not tall and better armoured. oh yeh, my name is Stefan

Give me two Javelins and I'll win! What's up with these taste great, less filling challenges? Both vehicles are good. When it comes down to it, the better trained crew will make the difference in a fight between these two, as I don't think that there is a great enough advantage between the two systems to make it a hands down contest. I'm just glad that the US and UK are brothers in arms.

I would bet on the Bradley, as it is more commonly fitted with anti-tank missiles, and has a stabilised turret, a mod yet to be seen on the Warrior.

Cannons only, in a head on fight, the Warrior has a slight advantage. with missiles or maneuvering, the Bradley takes it (CITV and stabilisation). With BGTI upgrade, the advantage is back with the Warrior (40mm CTA cannon, which is stabilised, and thermals). The Warrior hull is a better design with more scope (IMHO), but the US can afford to put better toys on theirs.

Actually, there are stabilised and missile equipped turrets for the Warrior - The Kuwaiti Desert Warrior is so equipped. (25mm bushmaster and 2 TOW launchers)

The Bradley isn't British. The company that built it may now be owned by a British based corporation but all the design and production work was done well before the United Defense buyout.

Id say the Bradley is british, the Landrover LR3 is designed by British people (scotish) doesnt stop the Landrover LR3 being American does it?. The nationality of a product changes when its parent companys natioanlity changes, you may be correct that indeed americans designed the M2 Bradley, but it still no longer means it is American. If you actually look, you will actually see BAE hardware being installed on the Bradley now lol. Here is an example: Austin Matain= was british, now american Landrover = was British, now american Mini= Was British, now german MG Rover= was british, now chinese Mclaren= was british, now american (owned by mercedes, which is owned by Chryser, which is owned by general motors .Inc)

Chrysler merged with Daimler to create DaimlerChrysler back in the late 90s. GM has nothing to do with it.

Made and designed in the USA. My Toyota was built in the US... it might as well be American.

It's "Aston Martin" not "Austin Martin". Chrysler did not buy Mercedes. Daimler bought Chrylser. Daimler is the parent company of Mercedes Benz. General Motors is not involved in any of it.
