Nations make comebacks? Where are  the Manchu and the Song?

GONE.

China  should study her own history and ponder it well.

They don't seem anemic with that large population, coherent culture and increasing technological abilities. They've managed to posses everyone off though. Including the Russians. (Stealing a jet design then having the balls to ask: "plz make just engines for us")

China and Russia settled their disputes back in, I believe, 1999. Then they agreed on borders. Whatever differences they might have, it is no longer about borders.

Well, one possible conflict spot between Russia and China might be North Korea. Russia has recently improved ties for North Korea. On the other hand China seems to be trying to 'discipline' NK. So NK might want to ask Russia whatever they can't get from China, China, on the other hand, considers NK a zone of influence.Depends on how far is Russia willing to go.
