| The Australian army assessed the MG-3 and the infantry loved it. The only reason for it not being chosen for our standard GPMG, is that its rate of fire is so high that the grunts would have to carry too much ammo. Its on our Leo 1's though. Sounds like a chainsaw through a log, putting any M-60 or Mag-58 to shame. |
