ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 10, 2010) As seen from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), an Argentina navy S-2 Tracker performs a low approach exercise. Carl Vinson is underway off the coast of Argentina supporting Southern Seas 2010, a U.S. Southern Command-directed operation that provides U.S. and international forces the opportunity to operate in a multi-national environment.
