Army Landing Craft Unit 2031 transports vehicles from the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall to the shore during an agricultural wash down at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. Carter Hall completed operations in Haiti supporting Operation Unified Response after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck near Port-au-Prince, Haiti Jan. 12.
