"Filthy Thirteen"

The "Filthy Thirteen," a painting by Joel Iskowitz, is slated to be unveiled during the Mid-Atlantic Museum's 19th Annual World War II weekend at the Reading Regional Airport, Penn., June 5-7, 2009. The painting depicts soldiers preparing for their D-Day jump by assembling gear and applying war paint next to their C-47 aircraft. All four surviving members will be present at the event.
