Hawaii Upon Thames

The Virginia-class submarine USS Hawaii transits the Thames River, enroute to her new homeport of Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Commissioned May 5, 2007, Hawaii is the third Virginia-class attack submarine constructed and the first submarine to be named after the Aloha state. Photo by Lt. Patrick Evans
