An F-22 Raptor from the 95th Fighter Squadron based at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., flies over Tallinn, Estonia, Sept. 4, 2015. The Air Force deployed four F-22s, a C-17 Globemaster III and approximately 60 Airmen and their associated equipment to Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.
