Rush Hour Traffic in Afghanistan

U.S. Marines conduct a mounted patrol through the Nawa district in the Helmand province, Afghanistan, Oct. 31, 2009. The Marines are assigned to the Combined Anti-Armor Team, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment. Marines conduct patrols to decrease insurgent activity and gain the trust of the Afghan people.
