Sailors and Marines aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry conduct a vertical replenishment with an SA-330 Puma helicopter assigned to the combat stores ship USNS San Jose. Harpers Ferry, the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga and the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit are supporting humanitarian efforts at the request of the Republic of the Philippines after two major storms struck the region.
