I wouldn't call McCain "liberal" on domestic issues. He is much more moderate than most of his party however.

To answer TA, much of the North Korean arty is buried inside cliff faces and such. It would be very hard to take most of it out. We would need all of the planes we have, and then some. There are hundreds of heavy guns pointing at Seoul, and thousands of other ones. And the NK army is still large. Time is on our side, as their military keeps on getting weaker and weaker as their economy falls apart. We can wait NK out. Iran really should be addressed next.
