Regardless of who wins the 2008 elections, there will be no US ratified re-negotiation of NAFTA for that president''s term in office.
There''s a lot of talk about renegotiating NAFTA by the campaigns this year. But there will be no new treaty to scrap or replace NAFTA ratified by the Sentate by 1/20/2013.
