Israel will declare its intention to withdraw from, at least, 80% of territories it occupied in 1967 six day war.
- GWB will revisit the mideast in May 2008 and will try to push harder for settlement of the conflict
- Israel will resist and stall for time waiting for GWB to go away
- Still under pressure Israel will make, at least, a "half-hog" gesture to get him to shut up
