And they might as well paint a great big bullseye on the flight deck. I would guess its life expectancy in a conflict with the US or one of our allies would be about 15 seconds.

It will take at least a decade for the PLAN to deploy an operational carrier.  The Viagra will become a floating hotel or theme park.  Even then - the PLAN is likely to toast its own warship with a single bad landing or handling incident.
