Cuba's offshore oil fields will prove to be a lot larger than previously thought. Putting it in the worlds top ten reserves.
I have been around the oil business for around 30 years. This is a rumor that just keeps popping up among people who should know. I believe it will take some special deep water drilling to access it, but with Castros brother coming to power more will be said about it.
