Wow... this is an ongoing debate between Turkey and the US. Turkey wants US technology because of its superior performance. But, as in the past, Turkey has to guarantee that the equipment will not be used for the "wrong reasons"; Reasons that will affect US interests. These interest revolve around the current situation with Iraq and the border areas in southern Turkey.
