Pakistani AMRAAMs

January 19, 2007: Pakistan is buying $284 million worth of American air-to-air missiles. The order include 500 AIM-120 AMRAAM, and 200 AIM-9M Sidewinder. This is the single largest export sale of AMRAAM missiles ( a radar guided weapon that will be launched from Pakistani F-16s) to date.
