A 35 minute video tape of anti-government activity in North Korea, made by members of one of ten known anti-government groups up there, has appeared. The shaky video shows anti-government slogans scrawled on walls. The audio is of men, with North Korean accents, denouncing the North Korean government and calling to a general uprising. The video camera was provided by one of several South Korean groups that assist North Koreans to escape into China, and eventually to South Korea.
